How to login phpbb by drupal 7 site?

Drupal is providing phpbb_sso module for drupal 7.

Install this module and configure your phpbb setting on drupal admin side.

http://www.YOURSITE.COM/admin/config/system/phpbb_sso

You will need to set

phpbb database name

phpbb table prefix and

phpbb path (where you installed phpbb).
