How to create css for specific browsers

Now days design implementation is going to new way. every designer make design cool and responsive. they work on html5 and css3. when we create design sometime design mishmash in different browser. so we can use this technique for different browsers. i have share some css rule for google chrome and other browser. i hope this information useful for designer and developer.
